5. Order Processing & Cancellation:

- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the production process has significantly begun.
- Once production has reached a stage where significant costs have been incurred (e.g., custom printing plates have been made), a full refund may no longer be possible. However, we will make every effort to offer a partial refund to cover materials costs.
